Associate Director - Global Marketing Consultant - Multiple Myeloma
Responsible for supporting the executive director with oversight of early assets. The role will require close collaboration within the Early Commercialization team, as well as with Global Market Insights, Global Project Leadership, Research & Early Development and relevant Disease teams, focusing on Multiple Myeloma
Requires - 5+ years in biopharmaceutical marketing with 2+ years in hematology/oncology (myeloma required) and ideally 2+ years in regional marketing (development of marketing plans, positioning, branding and messaging)
Experience in hematology/oncology marketing across launch and post launch products
Experience in participating across a broad range of marketing competencies including clinical trials acumen, product knowledge, therapeutic knowledge, situational analysis, positioning, message and campaign development, and forecasting/financial analysis

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for assisting with the development of commercial input/deliverables for early stage assets.
Work closely with the Exec Director, Early Commercialization to
o Develop cross-disease, cross-disciplinary commercial recommendations for key early pipeline assets, including directional TPPs, market assessments (disease landscapes, competitive monitoring, unmet needs), financial analysis, indication prioritization, and initial value propositions
o Develop initial branding and communication activities for key early assets e.g., INN and/or new class naming, MoA communication, differentiation messaging
o Where relevant, collaborate with DSTs and GP&MA on pivotal trial design inputs (patient population, endpoints, correlative analysis etc.)
o Prepare white space disease analyses to inform asset development in non-DST areas including development of DSPs
o Prepare and represent commercial portion of early project updates for governance committees
o Provide Early Commercialization input into the development of Multiple Myeloma and other assets while partnering closely with project teams, Global Marketing and ensuring alignment with the DST.
Manage consultants/agencies for key projects
Manage congress presence/congress CI coverage in collaboration with MI for relevant congresses including AACR, ASCO and ASH
