The candidate will be part of In vitro ADME group in the DMPK (Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics) department. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to support small molecule drug discovery programs by conducting physicochemical properties profiling assays. The responsibilities include conducting day to day experiments, data processing, data analysis and reporting, organizing the data, maintaining lab notebooks, in addition to preparing reagents and maintaining lab instruments. Experience in handling analytical instruments like UPLC, HPLC, mass spectroscopy is desired. Experience in mammalian cell culture maintenance and robotic handling liquid handling platforms like TECAN is definite plus. In addition, maintaining clean and safe working environment in laboratory working areas is must. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team. Candidate also must have good working knowledge of MS office suite, including word and excel

Cell culturing experience.
BA/BS basic understanding of instrumental analysis
