Research Associate - Pharmacology

The position is within the in vivo Pharmacology Department.
Responsible for the design, plan and execution of in vitro studies focused on identifying drug candidates within the area of immunooncology.
Responsibilities will include data generation using techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, Mesoscale, Western Blot, and qPCR.
Will also be participating in in vivo studies focused on identifying drug candidates.
Will be performing data analysis, presenting data to multidisciplinary discovery teams and contribute to preparation of reports.
BS/MS with 6+ years of industrial or relevant academic experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with a degree or experience in drug discovery experience in industry.
Must be very familiar with flow cytometry, have hands-on working with PBMCs, experience with ELISAs, mesoscale(MSD), western blots, isolating DNA/RNA and qPCR.
Some hands-on experience with in vivo tumor models, including tumor volume measurement, drug dosing via various routes, injection, blood and tissue collection is preferred.
Have a good understanding of experimental designs, and be able to execute and interpret them with minimal amount of training and supervision.
Should be very detail oriented in executing the experiments and in data acquisition and analysis.
Familiar with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Graphpad prism and have excellent written and oral communication as well as interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented drug discovery environment.
