DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Potential to supervise research associates.
Manage timelines and deliverables.
Develop protocols and reports.
Employ strategies for the genetic modification of human T cells with chimeric
antigen receptors (CARs) and T cell receptors (TCRs).
Plan and execute in vitro assays with human and murine T cells
Work with scientist to establish in vivo murine models to test novel adoptive T cell
Effectively communicating plans and results in both oral and written form.
Ability to work in a highly dynamic team environment.
Utilization of appropriate technology, i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, FlowJo, Spotfire,
Prism and other programs to create and distribute reports and key information.
Coordination of tasks across multiple projects, demonstrating prioritization and
Interpret and effectively execute experiments in line with project timelines and
Self-motivated, creative and independent.
Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals from a
variety of levels and functions.
Ability to manage others.
