QC Incoming Sampler

Responsible for sampling activities, excipients, colors, capsules, packaging components, active ingredient, labels and outsert inspection.
Also support in Environmental Monitoring Program performing sampling to non-product contact surface, product contact and Particle Count viable and non-viable.
Support in Water sampling and data assessment.
Responsible to send out samples to external lab and when data arrive performing the appropriate assessment.
Capable to handling Environmental Report and Water Data assessment to identify trending
Maintains, tracks and purges retainer samples.
Possesses working knowledge of receiving and sampling of alcohol.
Capable during inspection identify any foreign matter for all incoming materials. Escalate to QC management of any findings.
Maintains documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements and complies with department SOPs. Knowledge in Good Documentation practice at least.
Receives general instructions on routine assignments under general supervision.
2-4 years of related experience, including sampling raw material and packaging with microbiology background. Experience to work with Environmental monitoring program. Require flexibility and with can do attitude . Quality mindset. Background in microbiology.
Candidate must be able to gown and wear a respirator.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and comfortable with mathematical calculations (averages, percentages, etc)
This position has physical demands. An example, handle material drum inspection and movement and boxes. There is kneeling, lifting, stooping, etc. See below:
2 - 4 years of science background/experience or Associate degree or technical equivalent and related experience. At least one year with microbiology background (education or experience).
