Identifies and analyzes complex business problems that are candidates for automation.
Understands complex business processes and develops alternatives for process improvement.
Leads cross-functional teams to develop detailed requirements and identify solution options.
Leads the configuration or development efforts of enterprise applications to fulfill customer requirements.
Works directly with program-area Business Managers in the delivery of IT application services.
Expertise in SQL for use in development activities and coaching junior team members.
Exceptional database logical and physical design skills, specifically with Oracle.
Helps senior members develop programming standards.
Expertise in one or more of the following:
o Application development languages, concepts and uses;
o Enterprise application configuration aligned with business processes;
o Commercial Internet/web tools, protocols, and development languages;
o Data Warehousing/ Business Intelligence packages, concepts and architecture.

Bachelor degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to communicate complex issues and take opportunities to influence others.
Ability to identify and design incremental process improvements within and across work groups.

Ability to explain and communicate complex technical processes and terminology to a non-technical audience.

Proficiency with Python programming.
Experience with Alteryx for data integration.
Experience with Tableau Server desired.
Ability to present output/reporting to key stakeholders.
