Your main responsibilities as a Production Technician:
Set-up complex equipment, change over, clean and maintain relevant, critical operating equipment to enable the smooth running of the plant/section/unit.
Diagnose and take steps to resolve equipment/product quality issues to ensure the continued smooth running of the plant/section/unit.
Deliver training, development and mentoring of new starters and existing team members.
All to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice, Safety Health & Environment and standards.
What we are looking for in a Production Technician:
BS in science such as Chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, etc.
Experience level -- recent college grads with science background, or candidates with professional experience in manufacturing or cell culture.
We are not looking for candidates with purification or research backgrounds.
Professional or project experience with bioreactors, CIP, SIP, and GMP is preferred
Aseptic skills such as inoculum expansion, cell banks, etc.
