Job Description
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager in Jersey City, NJ.
Your main responsibilities as a Human Resources Manage:
Creates and manages project plans to ensure deadlines are met and potential roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated and resolved.
Partners across HR and with cross-functional leads to set up processes/projects for success to include tracking against project plans, capturing notes and action items in key meetings, and regularly sending out status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Ensures that all projects deliver quality and alignment across HR and MTPA programs and drive continuous improvement.
Reviews/revises HR policies and makes changes as needed to meet new Federal/state legal requirements, to promote a positive culture and/or to maintain industry competitiveness.
Works closely with HRBPs to create and disseminate employee communications within the organization.
What we are looking for in a Human Resources Manage:
Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field Master s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in multiple functions (staffing, compensation, etc.).
Consulting experience or HR experience in a project-based HR role is preferred.
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
`Proven knowledge of broad HR processes, programs, policies and systems.
